GENERAL SHIPPING

Please see the individual product page on my website for available shipping options and speeds for each print. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

FedEx operates Monday through Friday, USPS Monday through Saturday.

No deliveries will be made on US holidays. Any orders placed during the week of a national holiday may incur shipping delays.

Shipping near any holiday can be unpredictable, planning ahead is always best.

The postal service is a fickle being, thank you in advance for your patience & understanding.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Print only orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, framed prints via FedEx Ground. All orders can expect to be shipped out within 3-7 business days of being placed.

USPS First Class Mail arrives within 5-7 business days.

FedEx Ground arrives within 1-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders ship via FedEx or USPS. Your shipping options are USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority.

We ship framed images internationally up to 30"x 40".

International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes and/or additional postage fees.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for any photography in the print shop as it is made-to-order. 

Accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@lindseyfoard.com for instructions.

If you were shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email me immediately upon receipt of shipment at hello@lindseyfoard.com.

We do not offer price adjustments on items that have been marked down after purchase.
